- J C Diwakar Reddy, who is moving his pawns swiftly in New Delhi against Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, tried to fool around with the media persons.
- He had a long discussion with Union Minister Panabaka Lakshmi at her residence in New Delhi and also with Sonia Gandhi’s political advisor Ahmed Patel over the Jagan’s episode, feigned ignorance about it when media persons quizzed him. “No, I have not discussed anything about Jagan with Lakshmi or Ahmed Patel. Don’t you think I have no other issues?” he said
- He, however, said Jagan was not his enemy and there was no need for him to carry any reports against the latter. “I don’t mind meeting him, too, if necessary. I have nothing personal against him,” he said.
- JC also denied of having asked the Prakasam MLAs not to participate in Jagan’s Odarpu Yatra. “I don’t know why they have come to Delhi. Ask them and they will tell you what they feel about it,” he said.
